North Star Child Advocacy Center had been nominated for Non-Profit of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley! The awards will be presented on Thursday, March 9th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Parkersburg Arts Center at the MOV Chamber Annual Gala & Awards.
